The easiest way to pay for your clean, is to pay by card on our website. We use the payment processing platform, Stripe, to take payments which is safe and secure. Stripe will take monthly payments from your bank account. Payments are taken on a monthly basis for both monthly cleans and every other month cleans.

Using our quote form, simply pay for your first clean and we will schedule your cleans every month or every other month, depending on the frequency you select. The total payment amount for the month will be taken out of your bank account at the same time each month.

We do not offer one-off cleans or pay as you go. We offer every month or every other month cleans. A monthly payment is the most efficient and cost-effective way for you to have your windows cleaned over the course of the year.

Did you receive a confirmation email of your booking? If so, please email us at info@yourlocal.com with your booking details and we will get back to you.

We do not take alternative payment methods such as bank transfer or cash.

We use purified water-fed pole and traditional cleaning methods, ensuring the best results.

No, you don’t need to be in, as we have already taken payment. However if you would like us to come into your home to clean the inside of your windows we can do that too, which we will arrange when we contact you to book.
We will always aim to allocate the same window cleaner to your home each time, however due to holidays, sick leave or other commitments this might not always be possible.
